Home Home Sales Up in February As Inventory Slightly Drops

February proved to be a good month for Houston home sales on a month-to-month and yearly basis.  As sales went up, inventory slightly declined. Homes priced between $150,000 – $500,000 experienced the most activity.

As Spring approaches, we hope to see more inventory, as well as a continued increase in sales volume. If you are thinking about buying or selling, and would like to explore your options, Leslie Lerner Properties is happy to help you navigate your way through the real estate process.
