In October, single-family home sales saw a 3.04% increase compared to September and a 2.8% rise year-over-year. Active listings have increased by 1.38% compared to last month. Inventory levels were unchanged month-over-month, but the supply grew from a 3.5-month supply in October of last year to 4.4 months this year. This marks the highest inventory level since September 2012, when the supply stood at 4.7 months. The average days on market held steady at 51, up from 48 days during the same period last year.
