Last month, single-family homes sales climbed 7.6 percent on a year-to-year basis. This is the second consecutive month the number of sales rose and the third increase in the last 12 months.
Total property sales, active listings, pending sales and months of inventory also flourished in February. Days on market dropped to 57.
