The Houston area housing market did not start the year with fireworks. Hopefully, we will enjoy a more robust market later in the year.
January marked the tenth consecutive month of declining sales. Year-over-year single-family home sales fell 29.9 percent. Months of inventory remained at 2.7 and days on market grew to 59 days.
