HOUSTON HOME SALES SPARK IN JULY
Houston home sales continued to gain momentum in July. Total property sales and sales in most price ranges grew on a monthly and yearly basis. July marked the highest number of sales all year for homes priced $100,000 and above. Last month there were 424 sales of homes priced $750,000 and above. It has been many years since 400+ homes above $750,000 have sold in one month.
