The last half of 2018 has been a bit of a roller coaster. Houston area single-family home sales plummeted in November with declines across all price ranges. Total property sales and active listings decreased on a month-to-month basis, but inventory of single-family homes remained at a 3.9-months supply. The average days on the market is up to 60.
