Houston home sales slightly declined in July in all price ranges, but were better than July 2017 overall. Although sales slowed last month, we are still doing better than the beginning of 2018. Homes in the $150,000 – $250,000 range had the most sales in July. July sales of all property types dipped 5.5% to 9,559. Inventory of single-family homes increased to a 4.2-months supply, while the average days on the market was unchanged at 48 days.
