Leslie Lerner Properties has encountered these appraisal issues several times, especially in the real estate environment we have had in the last few years. Each time we are approached with a low appraisal, we do everything we can for our clients to appeal the appraised price. In more cases than not, we have been successful and the clients have been more than happy with the outcome.
