Luxury Home Sales in Houston Increased in 2013

Luxury home sales in Houston increased approximately 50% between January and October 2013 according to the Texas Association of Realtors. Homes priced $1 million and up are considered luxury homes. Houston experienced the second highest increase among Texas’ four major metro areas.
