Houston area home sales declined in November possibly due to low inventory and lack of new listings. Although sales were down on a month-to-month basis, the market is still 9 percent ahead of 2019. Currently, there is a 2.2-months supply of inventory, which is the lowest it has been in years. The Houston area had a 3.6-months this time last year. Days on market is down to 46.
