Houston area single-family home sales dipped in November with declines across board. On a positive note, there were more home sales than November 2018. Total property sales and active listings decreased on a month-to-month basis. Single-family home inventory lowered to a 3.8-months supply, which is equivalent to 2018. The average days on the market stayed at 59 for the second month in a row.
