Houston Home Sales Dip in November

The last half of 2018 has been a bit of a roller coaster. Houston area single-family home sales plummeted in November with declines across all price ranges.  Total property sales and active listings decreased on a month-to-month basis, but inventory of single-family homes remained at a 3.9-months supply. The average days on the market is up to 60.

River Oaks
Start at Kirby at Shepherd or Westheimer and wind through River Oaks. You will see gorgeous wrapped trees, dripping lights, glowing deer and more.

Woodland Heights
Stroll down select streets of the Woodland Heights neighborhood, admiring the elaborately decorated homes.

Sugar Land Holiday Lights
The showcase of lights features over 100 walkthrough displays and 2.5 million lights throughout the ballpark. This year will also feature a number of exciting additions including new theme nights, a carnival, light maze, animated light display, and more.

The Woodlands Town Center
