HOUSTON HOME SALES BETTER THAN 2016, BUT DOWN ON A MONTHLY BASIS

Houston home sales were better than November 2016, but continued to decline on a month-to-month basis. This could be caused by post-Harvey payment delays. Although sales have been down lately, it is positive that Houston area home sales are continuing to do better than 2016.

We look forward to the Houston area continuing to recover and home sales rising in 2018.
